How to Access garuda: Android, iOS, and Web
We provide three ways to access garuda. The Android APK (downloadable app file) is the most common path for users with Android 7 or higher devices. The iOS path uses a browser-based approach since Apple's App Store policies restrict gaming apps—we guide you through adding garuda to your home screen so it feels like a native app. The web platform is the same account and balance system, accessed through your desktop or mobile browser without any download required.
Installation Walk-Through: Four Simple Steps
- Download the APK fileVisit our download page from your Android device and tap "Download garuda APK" to save the file to your phone.
- Enable unknown sourcesGo to Settings → Security and toggle "Allow installation from unknown sources" (or "Install unknown apps" depending on your Android version).
- Install the appOpen your file manager, find the downloaded APK, and tap it to begin installation. Follow the on-screen prompts.
- Register or log inLaunch the app, create a new account or log in with your existing credentials, verify your phone number, and you are ready to access football markets and casino games.
App vs. Browser: Which Should You Use?
The garuda app offers offline caching, meaning some game assets and odds data load even if your connection drops momentarily—useful during peak Liga 1 seasons when the servers handle heavy traffic. Push notifications alert you when your withdrawal processes, when a match you are watching goes live, or when we update odds on matches. The app also accesses your phone's camera for identity verification (required for first withdrawal), making account setup faster. The web platform works on any device with a browser and requires no download, but it uses slightly more data per session since nothing is cached locally. Use the app if you bet frequently and want the quickest experience; use the browser if you prefer not to download or if you switch between devices often.
Synced across all platforms
Your garuda account, balance, and transaction history are the same whether you log in from Android, iOS, or desktop. Deposit via OVO on your phone, withdraw via e-wallet on your laptop—everything stays in sync.
Device Compatibility and Requirements
Our Android app works on devices running Android 7.0 (API level 24) or higher. Most phones from the last eight years meet this requirement. For iOS, we support iOS 12 and later through a web-app shortcut that you add to your home screen—no separate app download needed. The web platform works on any desktop or mobile browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) with JavaScript enabled. If your device is older than these specifications, we recommend using the web browser version instead, which has minimal hardware requirements.
Common Installation Issues and Solutions
If you see "Unknown app" or "Untrusted certificate" warnings during installation, this is normal for apps downloaded outside the Play Store. Android is warning you that the file did not come from a verified app store—we sign our APK with a valid certificate, but Android cannot verify it without your explicit permission. Go to Settings → Apps and allow the installer app (usually "Files" or your download manager) to install unknown apps. If the download keeps failing, check that you have at least 100 MB of free storage and that your internet connection is stable. On iOS, if the home-screen shortcut does not load properly, clear your Safari cache (Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data) and try adding the shortcut again. Our Help Center has step-by-step screenshots for each OS version if you get stuck.
Permissions, Data Usage, and Account Security
The garuda app requests permission to use your camera (for identity verification photos), your location (to confirm you are in a jurisdiction where we operate), and your contacts (optional, for support purposes only). We do not access your files, messages, or other apps. All communication between the app and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.2. Your account data, betting history, and payment information are stored securely on our servers and are never shared with third parties except payment processors (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment) and fraud-detection services. If you uninstall the app, your account remains active—reinstall anytime and log back in to access your balance and betting history. For security, we recommend using a strong password and enabling two-factor verification if your account settings offer it.
